A congregational meeting will be held on Sunday, September 15 following the worship service to consider a Session request for up to $3250 in funding to support an Alpha study. An additional two motions have been submitted, though they both still need a mover and seconder (the person who submitted it cannot be present at the meeting). Please the attachments below. Other motions can be considered as long as they are duly moved and seconded.
The meeting will be held in the sanctuary immediately following the service.
Voting on these matters is not restricted to those who are official members. "At any meeting of the congregation when matters relating to the temporal affairs of the congregation, and not affecting the order of worship, the discipline of the church, or the disposal of property, are under consideration, adherents who contribute regularly for the support of the church and its ordinances may vote."
