Welcome to St. Andrew’s! We’d love for you to join us this Sunday. While our services are rooted in tradition, there is also heartfelt modern music and the occasional joyful "Amen!" Together, we dive deep into Holy Scripture for guidance and lift our personal prayers before God. Come as you are—no need to dress up. Sit wherever you feel comfortable, and if you’d like, stay after the service for coffee and conversation. We’d love to get to know you!

In addition to attending in person, you can stream the service live HERE on Facebook or HERE on our website.

Welcome to our guest preacher, the Rev. Harold Wiest. After a 10-year career in real estate law, and a 4-year stopover at Fuller Seminary in Pasadena, CA, Harold Wiest and his wife Charlene moved to Dawson Creek to begin ministry in the PCC. A 14-year ministry in Dawson Creek where their 3 boys were born was followed by a 14-year ministry here at St. Andrew's. In his retirement, Harold has published a 710-page book and enjoys his 2 grandchildren, gardening, hunting, and fishing.

Welcome to today's worship leaders, Rod & Curtis. Today's elder is Klaas.

Prelude

Welcome

Call to Worship (based on Psalm 105)

Come, Holy Spirit!
Come and set us free from the tyranny of our self-centeredness.
Come, Holy Spirit!  Let not our concern to have all that the world offers
shut you out of giving us the kingdom of heaven.
Come, Holy Spirit!  Fill us with grace and boldness
to speak to our neighbours and people of all races of the glory of God,
like you did with the disciples at the first Christian Pentecost.

Come, Holy Spirit!  Dispel our laziness and fear
by reminding us of the vision Christ promised of life in abundance.
Come, Holy Spirit!  Come quickly! Come now, for our hearts are open!
