Dear Friends in Christ at St. Andrew's,
As we celebrate the joy of Christmas, we offer our heartfelt thanks for the many ways you have shared Christ’s love and strengthened our church's life throughout the past year. Your faithfulness and generosity have shone in countless ways: sharing musical gifts, leading studies and fellowship opportunities, providing sound and video support, supporting the Minister’s military chaplaincy, extending Christ’s compassion through local charities, offering hospitality to displaced user groups, and contributing in many other unseen ways, whether coordinating volunteers, managing finances and bookings, or keeping the church clean.
We especially celebrate the ways you have:
As elders who pray for you regularly, we give thanks to God for your countless contributions in this place!
At Christmas, we remember the fulfillment of a long-awaited promise: God sent us a Saviour who would rescue us from our sins. In response to this gift, like Mary and Joseph, we are called to lives marked by service and obedience. In your many contributions, you bear witness to Emmanuel—God with us—and to the salvation He brings.
May the peace of Christ fill your homes, and may the hope of the newborn Saviour guide and strengthen us all in the year ahead.
With gratitude and Christmas blessings,
Rev. Steve Filyk
Minister
