Changing Statistics for St. Andrew's Kamloops

This past Sunday I referred to a Facebook article where the Rev. Peter Bush compared the data in the Presbyterian Church in Canada (attendance, giving, etc...) from the turn of the millennia till now. Among his various observations, he noted a general decline in membership figures over the last twenty years as well as a precipitous decline in our church's Sunday Schools. 

I attempted a similar sample of data for St. Andrew's Presbyterian in particular. What you will note above is how the pattern Rev. Bush noted nationwide can also be seen in our membership. This being said our attendance has improved as has our Sunday School. Keep in mind that this is a limited data-set.

While there are signs of life at St. Andrew's please pray for our community. Ask God to raise up new leaders and volunteers who are passionate about carrying God's mission into our neighbourhoods.
